02 / How to Claim

Four simple steps

01

Check Eligibility

Verify your child's CDBS eligibility through your MyGov account linked to Medicare, through Centrelink, or by calling Services Australia on 132 011. Services Australia sends a CDBS notification letter to eligible families at the start of each calendar year.

02

Book an Appointment

Call Sienna Smiles on 08 9455 1234 or book online at siennasmiles.com.au. Mention CDBS when booking so our team can verify the remaining balance before your child's appointment.

03

We Verify the Balance

Our team contacts Services Australia to confirm your child's remaining CDBS balance and advises which services are covered. If the balance is partially used, we will explain what is available before treatment begins.
