Reduced gap fees with preferred providers
As a HBF preferred provider, many preventive and diagnostic services — including check-ups, cleans, fluoride treatments, and digital X-rays — are covered with reduced or no gap fees for HBF members. HBF is Western Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, covering over 1 million people across the state.
HCF members benefit from preferred provider rates across check-ups, professional cleans, diagnostic X-rays, and a range of restorative services including fillings and crowns. HCF’s More for Teeth program may provide additional benefits for preventive dental care at preferred providers.
NIB members receive preferred provider pricing, meaning lower out-of-pocket costs for eligible dental treatments. NIB’s First Choice network provides agreed fees on general dental services, and members can check their specific entitlements through the NIB app or member portal before visiting.

All major funds accepted
HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service) is available on-site, allowing your health fund rebate to be processed electronically before you leave the practice. You pay only the gap amount (if any) at the time of your visit. The most commonly claimed service is a check-up and clean. Bring your health fund card to your appointment for instant claiming.
All treatment costs are confirmed in writing before any work begins, consistent with the ADA’s guidelines on informed financial consent. If you do not have health fund cover, flexible payment solutions are available. If you are unsure of your coverage, contact your health fund before your visit — we are happy to provide Australian Dental Association (ADA) item numbers so you can check your specific rebate in advance. Rebate amounts vary between policy levels and fund providers.
